Good Result in a Difficult Market

Stephem did an exceptional job selling my townhouse in a difficult market. There were a number of similar properties on the market at the same time with buyers being very cost concious. Stephen provided advice on preparing the property for sale, then filtered the potential buyers until the right buyer visited. He was then able to negotiate a price that was acceptable in the circumstances - a falling market with a lot of competition. Highly recomend Stephen for residential property sales.
