Many memories to part with - it was a time when I needed a friendly understanding person to work with who seemed to know about sales so had my confidence that he would get a fair price for us, after all we had to buy our next home in the same market. I remember running around touching up paint work, putting in new air vents before the open home inspections and Stephen would arrive, always on time and pitch in to help in my scrambled to put a ladder away, put cleaning stuff out of sight or help fix something I broke or fend off those wanting to look at the ome as I gathered my things to get out.
