He suggested several properties listed by his agency that were appropriate, but even the odd one that was listed by different offices as he knew they might fit my criteria more perfectly. This last point was what most gained my respect and trust. He was genuinely trying to ensure that I got something that was right for my young family and not force a suggestion on me that was inappropriate for the purpose of profit.
