Stephen was open with what he thought was the best sales campaign to run. The choice of style consultant, for example was excellent. Initially we thought he contacted us too frequently. It became clear that he wanted us to be fully across all details and results of the open house events. I was very impressed with his work ethic in following every open house viewer. He did a showing for one interested buyer on Fathers Day! No surprise a quick sale at a fantastic price was achieved. Awesome!
