Stephen was brilliant. From our first telephone conversation where he was completely engaged, to the first meeting where he gave us some sound, honest, fair advice about what we needed to do and how to get the sale we wanted. His friendly, approachable, straight talking nature was key. As he would say he doesn't sugar coat anything, he tells it straight, which was so refreshing. He works damn hard at all hours.
