Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and highly communicative which made the buying process easy. He was very honest and upfront (which is very hard to find in an agent) and did not pressure us at all which we really appreciated. He is best to contact by phone, but was very responsive. We purchased via private sale. We were impressed with the contract of sale- and offer process which was fair. Many houses we were interested had unfair, draconian contracts or application processes which waved a lot of our rights. We were impressed with Maddison Realestate fair process which resulted in us being able to get the building and pest inspection and finance all in order with minimal risk to us, and the seller got a fair price.
