Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. I had interviewed 5-6 agents, but Stephen Ong - Belle Property Adelaide City stood out as the best has to offer: their customer approach is excellent, their media coverage is wide (covers local and Asian market), their social media presence is strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Stephen and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info in the area. We were concerned that our house could not sell at our asking price. Stephen made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents don't (but should), like give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract after Auction and sold. Stephen walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Stephen Ong to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Agent.

Hard working and considerable

Stephen Ong and Eric Jem are marvels at what they do. I was able to sell my house at a price much higher than I had envisaged, and super efficiently as well. Within weeks Stephen had found me a buyer and without even advertising, pretty amazing stuff. He also negotiated a very quick settlement as per my wishes. I have since referred their services to friends and colleagues, as my own experience with the estate agency has been great, I felt Stephen worked in my interests the whole time which was reassuring.

Stephen is a very proactive agent. At the end of every inspection, he would call me and give an idea of the people that came to visit and how strong he felt the potential buyer would be likely to give an offer.
