A professional man, innately trustworthy however the vendors ( bank) due to bankruptcy were downright difficult highly unengaged and made the sale untenable at times I was prepared to walk away as the sale did not need to be managed so Badly! No compassion or empathy- very distressing! If it wasn’t for Stephen I would have walked away!
