Stephen advised us on the marketing and method of sale of our property whilst being prepared to take instruction. He was proactive in talking to the existing tenants and to work with them on choosing suitable times when the property could be opened for showings. However he also advised us that it would be more appropriate if the unit was presented as a vacant unit and then he could present the unit at its best. Stephen reported back to us after each showing and discussed potential buyers with us and then followed up with each client within a few days of their attendance. Considering the short turnaround of only ten days from first opening to obtaining a sale, this was quite impressive, especially considering the restrictions in place due to the pandemic.
