I should also mention Stephen has good referrals and on several occasions, he went beyond what is typically offered (e.g. professional cleaning to ‘touch up’ the property, tending to the garden’s watering and fertilising). He is not afraid to get his hands dirty (helping with the cleaning!), doing the hard yards (working late into the night) and is almost always contactable by phone/messages.
