Performance of Stephen O'Sullivan and the Marriott Lane Team in Marketing and Selling My Unit
My time in 12D/3 Jersey Road, Artarmon is about 18 years. When I needed to sell for mobility reasons I did not know what agent to engage. I had spoken many times to an agent in Artarmon over the years so she was an automatic choice. I had a Marriot Lane leaflet at hand. A family member called them and Stephen O'Sullivan came. We also met with the other agent. My family and I don't always agree but we did here in that we thought that Stephen would do a good job for me. He certainly did and I was immediately relieved although the matter before us was huge. The immediate task was to pack household effects and transport them to temporary storage in my garage. Stephen kindly helped with getting boxed items to the garage. The Marriott Lane team came week later. Three of them cooperated for the inspections. Stephen kept me informed about progress of these "opens", often over a cup of coffee in Artarmon.
Stephen worked hard and was always available-very reassuring at a significant and nervous time for me. He had the difficult job of follow-up with other people who had made offers when one was accepted. He must have handled this task well as it lead to a higher offer being made and accepted.
Stephen operates at a level which I would expect from a more senior member of the Marriott Lane team to which I am sure he contributes at a level well above his class.
