I cannot recommend Stephen O’Sullivan highly enough - you won't find a better agent in the Lower North Shore. I met Stephen as a buyer when I was purchasing my property. My experience was so positive that I had no hesitation in engaging Stephen when the time came to sell; and I wasn't disappointed. Stephen's wealth of knowledge of the market, his advice about preparing the property for sale and his guidance every step of the way meant a great result, consistent with his prediction, in seven days after the property was listed. More importantly however it was Stephen himself that made for the best experience. It was not an easy decision to sell during Sydney's covid lockdown. Stephen's calm reassurance, his kindness, honest and trustworthy advice and feedback, availability no matter what time of day, professionalism and hard work made the experience a positive one from start to finish. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Stephen again in the future.
