Highly professional and very pleasant agent

Stephen did a terrific job in selling my late father’s apartment for us. He was extremely professional in all his dealings with us and worked very, very hard to present the flat well - which was vital in a difficult market, particularly in the middle of winter. He showed great resilience in pursuing an appropriate sale price for what is a very nice flat even when the going was tough for a period. From our first meeting and throughout the sales process Stephen was courteous and considerate of our circumstances - he is a rare breed: a very pleasant and thoughtful real estate agent.
