It was good that there was no games, we basically went straight to business. I think Stephen made sure both sides got a fair market price. Communications were good and like any house buying process it always has its issues but all was sorted with the minimum of fuss.
I can not say much because our very first campaign day we got couple of serious offer and one of them show well over vendor’s sales price and settle unconditional contracts . We were so lucky . But one thing I am sure Stephen is rather slow but patient and honest , real experienced real estate man . Even my case would take over 3-6 months period I knew he can handle to the last and complete his job done . Internet real estate ? uncertain? I strongly recommend ‘ Up-Side ‘ and Stephen .
