Sale of our property that exceeded expectations

We had been liaising with Stephen prior to putting our property on the market. We were originally attracted to the flat fee arrangement used by Upside. Stephen is our local agent. After our initial interest in selling and getting an on-line valuation of our property from Upside, Stephen contacted me to say he could assist and when the time came to sell we arranged to meet and set up the sale. Everything went very smoothly. Stephen's knowledge of the market and the best way to proceed (eg "sale v auction ??") guided us along the way. We elected to go to auction but after only 3 "opens" we had a sale on our hands. 2 parties very interested in our property. Stephen managed this process professionally, courteously and efficiently arriving at the final sale price which was a pleasing outcome. I'd certainly recommend Stephen to any other potential vendors. The Upside fee structure is also very competitive and beats the regular "cornerstore" agents hands down,
