Director and Licensee in Charge of Ray White Armidale, Stephen is licensed in Real Estate, Auctioneering, Strata Management and Stock and Station. Stephen has worked in the Armidale real estate industry for the past twenty five years, many of these specialising in Property Management. Stephen’s main focus when purchasing the business was to build on the existing Property Management Department in order to have it recognized as one of Armidale’s finest . Offering a superior service to landlords. To this end Stephen increased the original rental business of 100 properties to 275 properties in the first year of being in business. This increase was a direct result of his personal interest in each and every client and their investment portfolio, regardless of size. This is still the Property Management Department’s philosophy today.
Today Stephen’s main focus is on the day-to-day running of Ray White Armidale.
