I found the team of Steve and Lauren to be approachable and professional. I did feel sometimes that the team worked on behalf of the buyer not the seller (and it's the seller that pays the ridiculous commission). I felt the quick sale was pushed more than the high sale and it was our solicitor who had to sort the final issue out (we had sagging ceilings and the Client pushed for a $5,000 reduction). I would have liked to see the agents stand up for us more. On the flip side property sold in less than a month but was the service worth over $12,000? I don't think so... Maybe my issue is with the real estate system as a whole... Personally, I found Steve to be professional, courteous and well presented.

thanks to the work of these guys are house has now sold. without the knowledge and skills we would not have got what we wanted. cant go wrong with these guys.
