Before entering real estate, Steve spent over a decade building a successful career in hospitality. A qualified Chef, he completed a three-year Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and went on to lead some of the Central Coast and Newcastle’s most respected restaurants and cafés. This experience refined his leadership skills, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure – qualities that now translate seamlessly into his work in property. Motivated by a desire to give more to both himself and the community, Steve made the transition into real estate. His strong work ethic, consistency and results-driven approach quickly set him apart early in his career, earning him a Rookie of the Year award in 2023 – recognition voted by peers and leaders that reflected both his performance and professionalism. He now proudly stands as a Sales Consultant with Empire Property Co, where he continues to build on that foundation alongside a high-performing team. Above and beyond our expectations

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

We had 3 choices of agents to select from to sell our home of 34 years. Stephen Siegel of Wiseberry Estate Agents displayed a friendly attitude, and professional approach as to selling the home. He wanted to know the finer details of what the property offered and made time to assess the home and its features. We felt very confident in selecting Stephen as our agent. He successfully sold our home faster than was expected in a slow market, and achieved a good outcome and an acceptable price.
