Stephen was so great to work with! He was very accomodating with questions and requests, which was especially appreciated given the short timeframe that everything played out for us. The service was excellent, we have nothing to fault from our experience working with Stephen!

Stephen was brilliant, was consistency responsive, professional and a joy to deal with. We sold our house in the middle of winter and despite how unpleasant the week night inspections would have been, he always arrived with a positive spirit and outlook. On the day of our auction, he was calm and very informative - it was our first time selling so we really appreciated him taking extra time to explain the process to us as it can be a stressful time. Couldn’t recommend Stephen more.

I had been in the market for a property for over a year and with that had my fair share of real estate agent interaction - too which many fit the stereotypical seller type who always seem to be playing games. Stephen was nothing of the sort - he was honest, answered all questions with sincerity and seemed more interested in providing homes than selling a property. He certainly stood out for all the good reasons, and when I saw the property that I eventually bought - I knew I could trust him and he would be fair to all parties. He just seemed like a genuinely good person. If I ever do sell, I would like someone like Stephen to do the handling. Would recommend
