Stephen represents a highly valued and trusted agency, within a reputable organisation 8n an industry that sometimes suffers from misrepresentation. Harcourt-Venn Millar in its previous format sold me my unit in 1998 and I was very happy. A few years later I asked them to provide rental management services and I’ve had several very helpful agents. I was introduced to Stephen by my Rental mgr who’d taken over my parent property after we renovated, in nearby St George’s. He provided excellent support in the ensuing sale by Auction. This was very successful. I was impressed by his highly dedicated and scrupulously integrity oriented service. Recently after 25 years I chose to downsize my portfolio of properties, further, and I’d add NOT from any lack of service or consistency in tenants, nor was my tenant an issue. All we’re vetted properly. I’m now self employed & chose to reduce my possible overheads in a climate of interest rate increases. Stephen took this on board & from the beginning was helpful suggesting a renovation campaign, styling campaign. He helped with his experience of current trends by recommending private sale this time. His advic3 tallied with my research & we successfully & very speedily achieved a sale. His team of renovators ran absolutely on time & as it was straight after new years I was staggered at this. Headed by David Long, an experienced agent and builder we got a stunning result. He was careful to look for possible age issues and suggested very helpful tips. The styling was awesome. I can’t praise the whole team at Harcourts Goodwood Rd both Rental & Sales as they worked together to get this result.
