I was selling this property from NZ (without coming to site at all). Stephen Wang liaised with the Riverlink Grove site manager to get all the prep work done - painting (even choosing the 'in' colour - and to go with the staging furniture) and general associated works. Stephen communicated well (sometimes resorting to tphoning then texting if necessary to two different NZ phone numbers, plus email). And of course Stephen got a fantastic result for us, and REAL quick - a vendors dream. I first heard of Belle, after looking at previous sales in Riverlink Grove, and being very impressed with a unit nearby that had been very well presented, c/w staging, and had been marketted by Stephen, and had got a good price. So I contacted Stephen direct and his response impressed me to the point that I didn't ask any other agent.
