We found both Steve and Sandra to be very professional throughout the whole process. Steve gave us realistic price expectations from the start rather than inflating the price range. This worked well for us as well as prospective buyers. Steve had a very sound knowledge of the market in our area and is very well known by many buyers in the Hampton / Sandringham area. I feel Stephen really cares about what he does and the people he deals with.
