My selling experience with Stephen was enjoyable, as he is a good communicator through the whole process and called me on every Monday to update the weekly status. From beginning we already knew the market would gradually decline due to the hiking of interest rate from early 2022, so he set a great strategy on targeting families who need to enrol their kids with Hurstvill Public School (5-star rated) in May/June, so we ignored all the noises / cheap offers from people who are desqualified to our target demographic. In the end he made the deal successfully within the price range we agreed at beginning. 2022 is a tough market that only seasoned agents like Stephen can deliver such a positive result.
