Open and Honest purchasing experiance

We purchased an apartment Stephen was selling, & as a buyer he made the process very easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Being of considerable purchase, we wanted to make sure the property was right for us - which involved multiple visits/inspections. During that time Stephen maintained excellent communication with us (keeping in touch but not being pushy in any way), & on multiple times went above & beyond to source additional information from the building manager, owner and tenant when we needed it. Stephen and his Team and Frank Gordon have really helped us feel comfortable in purchasing our first investment and we look forward to working with them in the future.
