We used Stevan as the appointed agent to sell our home in North Strathfield. We had a couple of agencies provide their proposal to act as an agent, but after much deliberation we decided to go with Stevan as we felt he would work harder and deliver a better outcome, and it also helped that he had some recent runs on the board in setting a record price for the suburb.
