I have no experience on selling a property. Information from internet is too general. Stevan appraisal my unit and show me his proposal on how to market my unit. And listing out all expenses will be. After I picked the options in the marketing package. Stevan take care everything. I just sit back and relax. Stevan gave me an update after open house and timely manner. It is amazing, in a week after the first open house, Stevan found a buyer and his offer is met my expecting. Then contract is exchanged and settlement is done as schedule. I am very pleased the selling process is so smooth and no hidden/unexpected cost.
