I've known Steve for at least 5 years. He's sold 2 houses for me, sold me another and managed an investment property. He's exceptional and thoroughly professional. He recently sold my house which I needed to sell at short notice due to a work relocation. He advertised the property 5PM on a Thursday and the next Saturday, I signed the sale at midday. The house has settled and it has been an exceptionally smooth process. I couldn't fault him. Thoroughly recomeended.
