We had an awesome experience with Steve when buying our house. We did everything remotely and Steve was very accomodating. Everything we needed was done immediately and he was a great conduit with the seller. Totally pain free experience. He checked In regularly in lead up to settlement which would have been great for seller add as well. Highly recommend to any one.
