Steve was very prompt in assessing my sale and a market . He swiftly found buyers , albeit at a price much lower than suggested . This was a sales record on the area , so I can’t be disappointed, I just wasn’t sure where his initial price had come from His sales team completed the sale well , was given a conveyancer who never once touched base with me to introduce themselves. Ok , so it’s business not friends , I’m ok with that ! Once the sale was completed, not once did I hear from Steve or team . Not a congratulations, a thanks , a check in call . I found this odd.
