The marketing of the house was done really well, he took us through the contract finalisation period very well, arranged for works to be done as we are remote from the property. Overall helped us achieve top price in the sale. His positivity throughout the sale process was very good. Overall we thought he was amazing.
Steve gave us a good overview of expectations and whilst these were not achieved, that was more to do with refurb work required on the property than with Steve's abilities.
