We have found Steve to be both professional and hard working to get our property sold. When the first contract failed due to finance Steve wasted no time and negotiated another contract within 24 hours which was $10k more than the first contract. We appreciate that 21 Donald Place was a difficult house to sell given a few negatives with regards to the position of the house being on the low side of the street and the lack of rear yard access and to a lessor extent the kitchen being a bit on the small side. Steve ran quite a few open houses on the weekends and gave us plenty of exposure that way. We appreciate that Steve is a very busy person but he always found the time to take my call or if he was to busy to take the call he always rang me back. Steve helped us sell our 30 year old house at Karana Downs. The property, once our family home, had been tenanted for several years and although a beautiful home in sound condition it really required an uplift before it went to market. Steve was extremely helpful and explained to us our options and budgets as well as the likely outcomes in terms of eventual property sale price. Recommended works that we should do and those a new owner with different tastes may choose to carry out. Basically, we followed his advice closely and engaged local tradesmen to carry out most of the remedial work. Once finished the house looked immaculate and a lot of interest generated as a result. We achieved our anticipated sale price and are sure that the new owners will also enjoy their new home as we had once done. Steve is both honest and reliable, at times of difficulty he was there and delivered. Could not have asked for a better agent.
