Steve was attentive at all times & was quick to respond to our calls & emails. The office was extremely attentive at all times with Fiona being friendly, professional & helpful. We only have one issue - we felt that when he was dealing with the purchasers of our property (he also had their property listed) he could have been more upfront on the presentation of their property as they had very little guidance even if it meant being brutally honest with them.
