Exceptional service and results!

From start to finish, Steve and the crew at NGU Ipswich were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly available. Any questions were answered in a very timely manner amd we felt supported and in good hands throughout the sale. All initial discussions regarding pre-sale work to be done on the house, timing, price etc were all very very accurate. They recommended painters amd cleaners for that offered a great service at great prices. During the open home period we received great feedback. Steve negotiated very well for us after the building and pest inspection showed up some minor issues and we felt like NGU had our best interests at heart the whole way through. Their knowledge of the market is unparalleled, the price point was spot on in relation to current market conditions. They also put us in contact with great conveyancers as well as a Pool Fence Certification company. They really took care of everything and made a potentially scary time feel quite manageable. Also big thanks to Kirsten and Leigh as well as Steve for helping us through the process. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
