Steve was very open and straight during the process. When making an informal offer and agreeing the sale he was very trustworthy , honest and fair during the negotiation process. Upon exchange of contract Steve had to deal with some difficult circumstances on the vendors side of the sale, but went out of his way to ensure the sale went through on the planned day without any major hiccups. The final inspection the property spotless and all minor issues resolved prior to the actual sale
