Steve helped the reviewer sell this property

An agent second to none

I have known Steve Ausling as both a buyer and a vendor. In each instance, Steve has demonstrated the highest standard of interpersonal communication and professional knowledge. Steve ensured that my apartment was presented in the best possible light and I was delighted with the result. He oversaw any repairs, advised on the colour of the carpet and on the most favourable lighting and organised that the work was done in a timely manner and at a fair and reasonable cost. All along the way, Steve kept me abreast of how the sale was progressing and always responded to my many phone calls. What initially seemed to me to be a daunting and stressful process was made easy and problems free. And to top it all off, Steve achieved a sale price beyond my expectation. Thank you for everything, Steve.
