When we called Belle Properties South Hurstville for someone to come and give my brother and I an appraisal of our home, quick details of the property were requested over the phone and shortly after Steve and Maurice, principals of Belle South Hurstville arrived at the door with a complete appraisal for our type of our home. From then on our dealings were with Steve. They quickly answered our questions such as sale or auction, should anything be done to the house before the auction etc. There was no problem when we decided early on to bring the auction date forward by two weeks. We felt completely at ease with the way everything was going and Steve was always available when further questions arose. We received a 4 week plan detailing when the photographers come, copy writer, etc. when the property would go on line, in which newspapers the details would be published open days and times right down to auction time. We also received weekly updates detailing the number of people who showed up, their level of interest. The outcome - selling our home at auction for $100,000 over the reserve price!!!
