There were lots of additional difficulties and over a longer than usual time period and several hiccups however Steve and the other agents helped me, reassured me and made lots of helpful suggestions. His follow-up to me and to the potential purchases was excellent and may people commented on how good the agent/auctioneer was. He managed to gain a higher than expected purchase price.
