Next Steve provided a great marketing campaign. Then, when leads presented themselves he tracked, chased, and harassed as required. When our final lead put in an offer Steve negotiated and cajoled them to an increased offer. Belle properties provided us with a cohesive, high performing team to sell our property, and we are delighted by process and final outcome.
