Steve was very good to deal with from the get-go. We decided to go with Steve and his team because they had sold the majority of the apartments in our building and they were clearly motivated to be the go to agent for the building. Their intimate knowledge of our building and the area was invaluable. I really feel they saw the value in our property and encouraged us to hold out until it was recognized by the market, and it was. Being the Principal Director Steve was quick (had the authority) to adjust the terms of agreement to meet our needs. The whole sales process, including the marketing campaign and all the communications with Steve and Jay was very professional. We interviewed half a dozen local agents before settling on Steve and his team and we feel certain we couldn't have got a better outcome elsewhere. A+
