The first time we sold a property with Steve and Daniel it was in the boom when records broke themselves. They communicated well and we got way more than we thought for our unit. So when time came to sell our house, we didn't think twice about getting Steve and Daniel on board. However the market was tougher, and we were really unsure about whether the strategy was right. However, what's great about Steve and Daniel is they treated us with great respect, they didn't try and railroad us on tough decisions (like many other agents do). They provide honest advice and in the end they helped us achieve a very good result in comparison to the local market. They attended every open house, arrived early to every meeting, and called often to update us on what was going on. I also think they acted with integrity and a respect for the buyers and potential buyers.
