We interviewed 6 Agents in Dec 2022. Each Agent had their own unique presentation, but with Steve we wanted a second meeting. It's all about being genuine and having the ability to talk on a normal level without worrying about holding back thoughts, ideas, costs, strategy conversations. Its also important to feel that you can trust your agent and we knew that we could with Steve and i did place control into Steve's hands because I trusted him. From the start of the first meeting we knew that Steve was going to be our agent because we felt like we where talking to a friend someone who cares about our best interests. This is very important to know that you have an agent that will work with you, listen to your requests/concerns, address any questions on the spot, provide expert direction and strategy under pressure in your favour but also at the same time you know Steve is communicating in a fair and ethical way to the potential purchaser(s). Communication is key to success and we quickly developed an easy flowing comms between us. KPI reporting on a weekly and if needed daily basis was clear and accurate with information that enabled us to make decisions based on how the campaign was moving. It was fluid and decisions needed to be made quickly. At that point Steve was available to us and our questions and provided leadership with experience. He provided us with options and spoke frankly when asked to speak frankly with us. We ended with a great result that would not have been achieved without the guidance of Steve.
