I have been buying and selling homes for past 15 years now l have come across a lot of Agents but I must tell you that Steve Condon was the best out all Agents I’ve ever experience thank you Steve for everything you have done for Cavallaro family

Steve claimed to have a data base full of clients looking to buy property like mine but only brought 2 people through for inspection. I referred the potential buyer to him because she was interested in my property and wanted to buy in that particular complex. However, he did not negotiate to get me the best price, he was more concerned about getting the best deal for the buyer. I renovated my townhouse (new kitchen and appliance by Kitchen Connections, painting, new ceiling fans and lights, all taps, new carpet) all quality products and installed by qualified trades people yet he kept emphasising they were just cosmetic jobs. The building & pest inspection report stated there was no evidence of termite infestation or structural damage yet he wanted me to pay for treatment, which I refused. He then made a deal with the buyer and paid half for the treatment and wanted to treat the property while I was still living there. After consulting with other people I told him to wait until I moved out to commence treatment. On settlement day he made sure I cleaned my townhouse for the new owner to move in but my new house was left in a big mess by the previous owner. He did not even turn up at the new property. His promise to ensure my transition to my new house would be smooth did not happen. He nit-picked on very minor wear and tear at my townhouse but discouraged me from seeking repairs to my new house and compared me to the buyer of my property. I definitely would not recommend Steve to anyone.
