Fantastic!

Steve was fantastic, my property had been listed with another agency for 11 months and Steve's strategy of going to auction was a new way to sell and I was a bit apprehensive having knowledge of the Port Douglas market for years I hadn't seen many auctions. Totally wrong one of the first open houses Steve had more people through in one weekend than the other agent had in eleven months. The auction was a big success with 39 bids and the property sold over the reserve. Fantastic work Steve.
