We viewed the property on three occasions and each time were allowed to browse at our leisure without any noticeable pressure - which allowed us to make a clear judgement on the suitability of the property. Steve answered our concerns with clarity. The auction itself was handled professionally. Likewise the signing of contracts etc was conducted clearly and Grant and Carol gave us confidence in the process. Further, the follow-up has been welcome and not intrusive.

We found the process of purchasing a property through Belle, Dromana very helpful and easy. Steve, Grant and Carol made us feel calm and supported. We inspected the property on three occasions and Steve and Grant were helpful and considerate of our interests. They were not pushy and allowed us to view the property at our own pace. We met Carol again at the auction (after meeting her at another property inspection) and her assistance with the signing of contracts and payment of deposit was also very considerate and helpful. We have inspected a number of properties in the area over the last 12 months or so and have met with some agents on more than one occasion - we have always found the Belle agents helpful and attentive.
