The Hocking Stuart team were knowledgeable on where the market was at, and Steve Edmund kept us up to date with all the inspections. Our property was one of a kind, but on the other hand not all that easy to sell, but at the end of the day a satisfactory outcome was achieved.

I cannot rate Steve Edmunds high enough. He talked me through the ins and outs of selling and then formulated a plan to Auction the house but due to his marketing of the house it was sold prior to Auction at a price that well exceeded my expectations. He then organised the contracts etc... and always answered my calls/emails promptly and gave advice on things that cropped up.
