Not always responsive to listing changes and heard from a friend of one of the bidders that Steve wasn’t responsive to them either. Personal attire wasn’t always up to a professional standard and was overheard discussing price range with a potential buyer much below what was discussed and instructed. I believe a higher price could have been achieved with a different approach but I trusted the advice of agent so that’s on me I guess.
