Steve was one of 3x agents I “interviewed” to sell my home. I chose Steve as I felt confident he would be able to sell my home quickly and get a good price for it. He presented as competent and professional. His support team in particular Anna were great to deal with. During our initial meeting he discussed multiple marketing strategies (and costs) and provided me with pros & cons of each option. I chose the strategy he suggested as I trusted his expertise. I was not disappointed. House was listed on a Thursday, offers came in on that first open home of the Saturday, and another offer on the Sunday open home. Steve also conducted private viewings to those interested parties. The contract was signed the following Thursday, so effectively a week on the market and it was a done deal. Very happy with the result. Steve negotiated additional dollars on the sale and our end price was what we were happy with in the current market conditions. I rate his service highly, from the initial meeting, photograph discussions, choices and inclusions, the marketing blurb with highlights of locale and surrounds, open home feedbacks, contract negotiations and the final sale. Communication was excellent, calls / emails were always answered or promptly returned and my input and thoughts were respected and considered. Steve also provided insight into what buyers were looking for, our potential target market and how best to present our home for maximum exposure and to attract the buyers.
