When embarking on consideration of selling our house we understood there were two main leaders (agents) in our area. Ray White and Place both in Nundah. Well before we were ready to sell ( but eager to buy) we reviewed the two local leaders. From this we picked who we believed would best represent us in the market and who I felt I could trust and be confident the communication throughout the process would be clear, transparent and most of all with integrity. As a result of early engagement and several meeting with Steve we developed a great professional relationship that was valuable through the selling process. We all understood what we wanted in the market and what the best strategy would be to gain best market price. I felt I could present the old girl (house) in a way that would appeal to market and Steve ensured the right photography took place to engage he right people through the doors during the first open house. Ultimatley all our planning and communication paid off and we had multiple offers during first open house and the price we were happy with as a result. SOLD !!!! So it also happened that we ended up buying our new family home from Steve staying local in the area and knowing the right agent is out there should we be on the move again. But unfortunately for Steve, we are not going anywhere ;)

Peter and I had the pleasure of having Steve successfully market and sell our property at Wavell Heights. Unfortunately we went with another agent first and this experience was absolutely horrendous. We had contacted Steve previously because he had sold another property in the same street within a two week period for a record amount. Even though we stated that we were with another agent, Steve was very helpful and exceptionally professional. He watched the progress of the marketing of our property with the other agent and kept in contact with us after the property failed to sell. At no time was he harassing nor annoying (as was the other agent) during the time following.
