I cannot recommend more highly the combination of Steve Grimbas and Anna Glynn at Place Nundah as the best real estate agents to sell your property. Steve, as the lead negotiator, was genuinely accommodating and very professional in all dealings which I experienced recently when selling my property. Anna then managed all required day-to-day business matters so very well plus coordinated and was present at all open inspections with Steve. A terrific working combination. Although previously sceptical, Steve has now confirmed my opinion that there still remains a real estate agent that is fair and honest to manage the sale of your next property.
