We have used Steve for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. In the previous dealings, the Market was a different beast to what it currently is, so we were hoping for the best, but expecting perhaps a long wait for the price we expected. I first met Steve 18 months prior to selling our home. At that point our home was not ready for sale at all. I went to a Home open in the area that Steve was conducting to see what people were getting in a particular price range. I had my reservations as to how we would sell ours and what renovations would assist. Under no obligation Steve came around and gave us advice as to what to do and also tradespeople who could assist. There was at no point any pressure to sign with him. It wasn't until approx. a month before house was listed that we signed with Steve. That was the reason why.
